CRM configuration, data migration and staff training for Liverpool businesses, handled in a set order.
Serving Liverpool and the surrounding area

Gozeha was set up in 2012 in Liverpool with a narrow focus: helping small and mid-sized businesses get their customer records, sales pipelines and support tickets into one working system instead of scattered spreadsheets. Fourteen years later, that focus has not changed much, though the tools we install have.
We are a team of six people based on Lark Lane. There is no call centre, no rotating account managers — the person who scopes your project is usually the person who configures it. Over the years we have served 840 clients and completed 1,047 separate jobs, from a single-user setup for a plumber's business to multi-department rollouts for retail chains operating across Merseyside.
The company began as a two-person consultancy helping a handful of Liverpool retailers move away from paper order books. Requests kept coming from businesses that had bought CRM software off the shelf but never got it configured properly — fields unused, workflows left at default, staff avoiding the tool altogether. That gap became the core of what we do: not selling software, but making the software already chosen actually fit how a business runs day to day.
Since then the team has grown to six specialists covering data migration, workflow configuration, integrations and staff training. We still work from the same Lark Lane address, and we still cover one area only — Liverpool and its immediate surroundings — rather than spreading thin across the country.
Our aim is straightforward: a CRM system should reduce the time staff spend on admin, not add a second job on top of the sales one. We do not chase every new platform on the market — instead we work in depth with the systems that fit small and mid-sized teams, and we say so if a client's existing software is not worth the migration cost.
No jargon in proposals. Every stage — data cleaning, field mapping, testing — is listed with a price and a timeframe before work starts.
We serve one area, Liverpool, which means site visits are quick to arrange and support calls get answered by someone who knows the setup already.
Requests submitted during business hours typically get a reply within an hour, with a call or an on-site visit scheduled from there.
Twelve fixed-scope services covering CRM selection, configuration, data migration and staff training. Each package has a defined process and a set price, delivered by our Liverpool-based team.
We review your sales process, current spreadsheets or software, and team size to define which CRM modules you actually need. Delivered as a written report within 5 working days.

from £95 / monthSince 2012, our team of 6 has completed 1047 CRM setup jobs for 840 clients across Liverpool. Here is what a client gets when working with us.
Every project follows the same seven-step sequence: data audit, field mapping, pipeline design, automation rules, user roles, testing and handover. Nothing is skipped, and the client sees a written plan before work begins.
Requests submitted through the form on this page get a reply within one hour during business hours. No call centre queue, no automated ticket number to track down later.
Existing spreadsheets, old databases or contact lists are checked for duplicates and formatting errors before import. Fields are matched one by one so records land in the correct place, not in a generic notes column.
Out-of-the-box software rarely fits a business straight away. We adjust pipeline stages, deal statuses, permission levels and notification triggers to match how the team actually works day to day.
A team of 6 handles every stage of a project, from the first call to post-launch support. Clients speak to the same person throughout rather than being passed between departments.
207 clients have come back for a second project, usually to add a module or extend automation after the first setup proved out. Systems are documented well enough that later changes do not require starting over.
User roles and data permissions are set up so staff only see the records relevant to their work. This is checked with the client before go-live, not left on default settings.
Once the system is live, we run a walkthrough session with the team covering daily tasks: logging calls, updating deals, running reports. Written notes are left behind for new starters.
We work with one area, Liverpool, and visit clients in person when needed rather than managing everything remotely. Meetings can be arranged at our Lark Lane office or at the client's premises.
Below are notes from clients who had a CRM system configured, migrated or connected to their sales process by our team since 2012. We publish reviews as they come, including the mixed ones.
David Marsh
Aigburth, LiverpoolThey set up a pipeline stage structure for our joinery business that actually matches how quotes move through our office. Took about three weeks from first call to go-live.
Rebecca Hough
Woolton, LiverpoolGood technical work overall. The automated email templates they built for our follow-ups saved a lot of admin time. My only gripe is that the field naming convention in the reporting module wasn't explained clearly at handover, so my staff needed a second short call to understand it.
James Turley
L38 area, LiverpoolReplied within the hour when I first emailed, then again every time I had a question during setup. That responsiveness alone was worth the fee.
Sophie Okonjo
Allerton, LiverpoolWe had five years of customer records scattered across spreadsheets and an old contact book. Gozeha mapped every field before importing anything, ran a test batch of 50 records first, then migrated the rest once we'd checked it. Nothing was lost, no duplicates, and the whole thing was done over one long weekend so we didn't lose a working day.
Peter Walsh
Wavertree, LiverpoolFixed pricing quoted up front, no surprise costs added later. That matters when you're a small team watching the budget.
Louise Fairhurst
Kensington, LiverpoolThe setup itself works fine and the sales dashboard is genuinely useful. However the initial timeline slipped by nearly two weeks because of a permissions issue on our side that could have been flagged earlier during the discovery call. Would still recommend, just be clear about your existing user accounts beforehand.
Andrew Kilbane
Anfield, LiverpoolSolid work configuring our lead scoring rules. Would have liked a printed reference sheet for the team rather than just a shared document, but that's a minor point against otherwise careful setup.
Claire Nightingale
Mossley Hill, LiverpoolSecond job we've had done by this team. Two years ago they set up our original CRM, and this year we came back to have it connected to our new invoicing tool. Consistent quality both times, and they remembered our original setup notes without us having to re-explain everything.
Thomas Brindle
Toxteth, LiverpoolStraightforward process. They asked what we needed, built it, showed us how it worked, done.
Hannah Grieves
Garston, LiverpoolThe automation rules for our repeat-order clients work exactly as we asked. One small annoyance: the mobile view of the dashboard renders a bit cramped on older phones, so a couple of my drivers had to switch to using it on tablets instead. Everything on desktop is fine.
Michael O'Hagan
Old Swan, LiverpoolWe run a small letting agency and needed tenant enquiries, viewings and contract renewals tracked in one place instead of three separate inboxes. The team built us a single dashboard for all three, trained our two office staff on it in one afternoon, and it's been running without issues since March.
